IQL Consultancy was founded in 2011 by three former Big Four consultants who shared a frustration: too many advisory firms staffed senior partners at the pitch, then handed execution to junior teams.
We built IQL on the opposite premise. Every engagement is led and delivered by experienced practitioners — people who have sat in the client's chair, made difficult decisions under pressure, and know the difference between a clever recommendation and one that actually works.
Fifteen years on, that founding conviction remains our north star. We have grown carefully and deliberately, investing in depth over breadth, relationships over transactions, and impact over activity.
